Nesting Optimizer is a 1-dimension (length) and 2-dimension (rectangular) nesting software for generating optimized cutting plans from your cut lists and maximizing your use of material. Just define your part lists, the material list and Sawkerf size for each material, and with a click of a mouse button generate the optimized cutting plans. It specially designed to optimize the cutting layouts in the material metal, furniture, glass and similar industries. Features 1. Can be calculated both 1-D and 2-D in a same software. 2. The English help file system. 3. Can be calculated for different types of material in same cutting job. 4. Support 4 digit decimal number. 5. Can define your own measurements unit for each cutting job.. 6. Multi-language interface (English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch and Portoguese *need to translate *) 6. Can import / export of data through the xls file. Calculation 1. Cutting alignment control (align left/top for cutting 2-D only). 2. Can calculate the cost of part from material prices. 3. Can be calculated at 3 levels of calculation. 4. You can choose how to calculate between lowest number of used materials / lowest value of used materials Special features 1. Merge same part size as the same item. (Merge part). 2. Automatic chose material from material database (Automatic material). 3. Can add materials and parts directly to cutting job . If you do not need to store data in the database (Direct Input). 4. Calculate for number of material to used (Automatic material quantity). 5. Can update the material balance (Update stock). 6.
