Package Explorer makes it easy to manage large installations of numerous package

Package Explorer makes it easy to manage large installations of numerous software packages. It handles first time installations and upgrade with the use of lists of source repositories. The interface shows the list of already installed packages with their status. This tools, along the wpkg command line tool used to create packages, is the best replacement of the usual setup.exe scheme used under Microsoft Windows.

Requirements:
Qt libraries and you probably wand wpkg to create packages!

What's new in this release:
Version 0.3.0 works along wpkg 0.9.0.
