Word search & replace software is a tool designed to search and replace words in multiple word files. The software can replace words from all extension of MS Word i.e. doc, dot, docx, docm, dotx, dotm, etc. User can dump thousands of files in any of the format of MS word and can change thousands of words. The software also has options to change the formatting of the words. You can change the color, font and many other things of those words from all files.

Word search & replace tool has the latest features equipped in it which lacks in other tools. The software is not only restricted only till changing of words. It has the options through which you can change the formatting of the words. Users can change Fonts, font’s size, Foreground & Background color, strikethrough, superscripts and many other things in word file.

The software has various options to make changes in the words. The list of words which user have changed and the list of words he has kept can be saved in a safe folder for any type of future use. Even the files in which the words have been changed can be saved in a target folder whichever you assign to. So from starting of alteration to the end it has all the things which can be really useful to you.

Word search & replace has been designed in such a way that the software can be easily operated by a person on non-technical background. There are majorly three steps to do the work. First is to drop the files or folder in which you need to change the words. In the second step you have to write the words you want to keep and replace. You can also change the format of the words with the given options. In the third step you have to just click on Start Process.

The list of words both kept and replaced can be saved in TXT format. Even the files in which you have already changed the words can be saved in any target folder you assign. Word Search & replace can work in all versions of windows.
