Wake On LAN Ex is an application that allows the waking up, rebooting, shutting down, instrumenting - and more - of computers on the network or on the internet.

Depending on its WOL abilities, the destination computer can be sleeping, hibernating, or entirely off and still be able to react to a Wake-On-LAN event. WoLEX also supports logging-off and hibernating the remote computer, as well as displaying Windows Instrumentation information (such as uptime, CPU speed, and more) and performing custom actions.
