Invoice Manager for Excel is an invoicing software program that runs on Windows desktop.
An invoicing system based on Invoice Manager for Excel consists of three components - the front end Excel invoice templates, the add-in program running inside Excel, and the backend database. The database could be locally hosted Access database or SQL Server database, or in case of SQL Server it could be hosted on the Internet too.
Using Excel as the front-end gives you the flexibility required when design your own professional invoice formats. We've already published more than 400 hundreds invoice forms on InvoicingTemplate.com that could be adapted to work with Invoice Manager for Excel, ranging from general invoice templates designed for sales, service, proforma, commercial, receipt, to very specific ones -- for example those billing forms for real estate rental, gold shop, shipping, auto repair, law firm / attorney etc. There are also templates built for specific countries and regions, such as United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Netherland, France and Germany etc.
With the help of our invoicing software most invoice formats could be easily converted to quotation template or purchase order template.
By utilize the COM add-in program Invoice Manager for Excel offers advanced features that could be hardly implemented with pure Excel spreadsheets, such as automatic generation of invoice numbers, one click to save invoices to database, PDF invoices, automatic (scheduled) backup, emailing invoices in PDF or image format, reporting, etc.
